2. Our Services

Heavenly Headspace offers gentle head, shoulders and body relaxation sessions designed to help calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and promote a sense of wellbeing.

Please note:
– Our treatments are limited to the head, shoulders and body touch only.

– All touch is non-therapeutic and intended for relaxation purposes only.

– There is no traditional muscle massage involved.

– Services provided are not a substitute for medical care, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

– Services are provided in accordance with our Client Eligibility and Refunds & Cancellations policies.

3. Bookings and Payments

– All bookings are to be made online via our secure third-party platform, Calendly.
– Pre-payment via Stripe, is required to secure your session.
– By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures fairness for all clients and allows the day to run smoothly. Unfortunately, extra time cannot be added to make up for late arrivals.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

– At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

– Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged in full, as the time has been reserved specifically for you and is unlikely to be filled at short notice. Any exception is made solely at the discretion of Heavenly Headspace.

– No refunds will be provided for missed appointments, late cancellations or change-of-mind cancellations. If Heavenly Headspace needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

– As Heavenly Headspace is a women-only space, bookings made by or for male clients cannot be honoured. If a male client arrives for a scheduled appointment, the session will not proceed and the booking will be non-refundable. This includes situations where a booking is made incorrectly or in error. By booking a session, clients confirm they have read and understood this policy.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

– We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and booking history for the purpose of providing services and communicating with you.
– All information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.
– Digital records are stored on protected devices with firewall security.
– You may receive occasional marketing emails, but you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Products & Gift Vouchers

– A small selection of wellness products is available for purchase in-store only.

– Gift Vouchers are available for purchase online or in-store. Gift Vouchers will be sent to you via email, within 24 hours* of your purchase. *EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the gift voucher.

– Refunds are only available for faulty products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

7. Client Eligibility

– All clients must be 18 years or older.

– Heavenly Headspace is a women-only space, and services are provided exclusively to women.

– Our services are gentle and non-invasive, so there are no specific restrictions related to medications or recent surgery.

– If you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

8. Liability Disclaimer

By attending a session at Heavenly Headspace, you acknowledge and agree that:
– The services provided are wellness-based and are not medical treatments.
– Heavenly Headspace is not liable for any personal injury, health complications, or outcomes resulting from the session.
– You acknowledge personal responsibility for your wellbeing during and after your session.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date listed above. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the revised terms.
