For as long as I can remember, having my hair and scalp gently rubbed has been one of the best experiences I could ever have. It always brought me into a state of pure bliss , calm, safe, and completely at ease.

It was heavenly, hence the name Heavenly Headspace.

I’ve experienced anxiety and stress from a young age, and that simple, nurturing touch was the one thing that could instantly bring me relief and reset my nervous system.

As I entered perimenopause, I began to notice how much tension I was holding in my neck. It became the place where stress would settle , a tight, aching reminder of everything I was carrying. Like many women at this stage of life, I realised just how much pressure builds in our bodies, especially around the neck and shoulders.

Taking time to gently rub and release that tension helped me dramatically , almost instantly, I’d feel clearer, lighter, and more myself again.

As a longevity coach supporting midlife women, I’ve seen time and time again how we put ourselves last on a very long list. We’re so used to caring for everyone and everything else that we forget how much we need, and deserve, care too.

A big part of my coaching is about reclaiming self-love and reminding women that their wellbeing matters.

Creating Heavenly Headspace felt like the most natural next step. It’s a space where women
can finally pause, be cared for, and feel that same sense of calm I’ve always found in  gentle touch.
